It is 2020 now and Dr. Shen has been my primary care doctor for well over 2 years. He is very knowledgeable, quick to listen, and gives helpful advice for whatever I need. Whatever issue I have, he has helped resolve it. Even over the phone visits he remains attentive and helpful. Great doctor.

I have a totally opposite experience with Dr. Shen. I have him as my primary care physician for several years now. He is always kind and thorough in following my questions. I feel very comfortable with him every time when I visit him.

My experience with Dr. Shen was odd. When he walked into the room, he appeared nervous. He would ask a question, then interrupt my answer. He jumped to incorrect conclusions, and was weirdly aggressive when I tried to clarify, making communication impossible. He vacillated between insecurity, arrogance, and anger. I wasted both my time and money seeing this doctor. It was an upsetting experience.
