At my intake appointment, the PA-C had terrible bedside manner. She told me I'd be diagnosed with a condition before my blood work was even completed. At my second visit, the doctor claimed he had time to answer all my questions; yet after 2 questions he said he needed to leave and had no more time. While asking my questions, I was interrupted before having a chance to finish speaking. I tried to show him a picture of something associated with the potential condition and he wasn't interested, stating 'I don't need to see a picture, I believe you'. He was insistent on starting me on a medication I may not even need. He did not go over any contraindications or potential side effects of the medication. I spoke with my referring doctor about the medication, she confirmed I didn’t need to be taking that medication because it could have serious side effects. Overall, very dissatisfied with my care and the bedside manner of both the PA-C and the doctor.

Appointment went horribly!!!
I definitely would not recommend this physician! The physician was very condescending and confrontational. He did not want to answer any questions, nor did he explain my family's medical conditions well. He just didn't listen and was very dismissive.

Disappointing: incompetent office staff. Arrived before appointment time yet weren’t seen for 90 minutes! While we watched patient after patient that arrived after us called in before us. My 95 yr old father with COPD struggling to breathe with a mask on waited and waited. They did not allow us to see our preferred provider (which is Sylvia) instead we got stuck with the MD, who is rushed, does not listen and rude! The staff and physician were indifferent to how the mistreated the patient.

This physician has no bedside manner. You will wait an hour to get 3 minutes of a physician’s time. He will not spend time trying to figure you out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had two visits at that office - first one, tons of X-rays and bloodwork (a lot of it unnecessary)- didn’t look at all at previous bloodwork, that was two weeks ago. He had no time, didn’t explain Anything! Did prescribe a drug, explanation: good medicine. His office overcharged me (demand $$ right away). I received check in mail, but that money can’t go back into our HSA account. He dismissed my severe side effects of drug at second visit. I was advised not to return, before developing pain - he can prescribe pain killers. One of the worst MDs I have encountered so far. Office staff was rude- billing not helpful. To top it off: they destroyed my x-rays? I can’t even get results after 2 years. I can get reports - but need to pick up in person! Kidding? (Do get a CD with your images : you will be charged for them, I am positive.) My consult was 3 minutes max. / each visit. I will not go back there and I wouldn’t recommend him. I would give Zero stars, but not an option.
