I have been seeing Dr. Jindle for the past few months, with a total of four visits. After reading multiple reviews, I now see that many of them accurately reflect my experience. Unfortunately, I often left the office feeling unheard. Dr. Jindle has a tendency to talk over patients rather than engaging in a meaningful conversation. His bedside manner is lacking, and at times, he comes across as dismissive. While I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend him. One particular issue I encountered was his reluctance to insert ear tubes in adults more than once. Having seen many ENTs over the past 30 years due to my ongoing need for ear tubes, this was surprising. Throughout my visits, he repeatedly had to apologize for talking over me and not allowing me to fully explain my concerns. While there were moments when he was pleasant, his overall attitude and approach to patient care make me question whether this is the right profession for him.

Do not let him treat you or your loved ones
My daughter was seen 9/14/22 for a routine follow up due to tubes being in ears. Dr. jindal was only in the room 5 mins and informed us everything looked fine and not to even schedule a follow up unless issues arise. Less than 24 hours I had to take my 2 year old daughter to the ER due to ear pain and muscus like puss draining and spewing from her ear. ER doctor reports a horrible ear infection and confusion of why Dr. jindal did not catch it. I contact Dr. Jindal confused and wanting answers. He was very dismissive and rude. My feelings are hurt because he has always been kind. He stated, “Things happens, if you don’t like my services I can discharge your daugh”. I believe we was treated differently because of our economical status and being on Medicaid. Do not have him treat you or your loved ones.

Misdiagnosed an obvious condition. Told me to go home and rub a growing mass and come back in 4 months. Mass continued to grow and had to have a surgical procedure to correct the problems. This guy performed a biopsy in correctly which ended up as inconclusive and left me with a bad infection.

Dr. Jindal was recommended to me due to occasional dizzy spells sinus problems and behind one tonsil that looks a lot different than the other. Thought I might have an inner ear problem. Upon entering the room he was angry and didn’t know why I was there because “we do surgeries here!” Apparently he doesn’t want to see anyone unless there’s going to be a surgery? He talked over me the whole time so that I could not ask my questions or concerns. Did not want to hear what I had to say. He could not see the difference in my tonsils although they are clearly different.

Poor, exactly as others describe. Did not bother to review medical record before interview. Seek other doctor if you want more than prescription for nasal spray!

Doctor Jindal is amazing, has a great bedside mannar with both adults and kids. He takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your child through an verbal explanation as well as a visual. He even makes personal follow up phone calls...not a nurse, him. Dr. Jindal is the absolute best!

Was not listening to problems I have been having. Pretty much told me nothing is wrong and I should use nose spray. Seemed condescending and not interested in what i had to say. I was extremely unhappy.

Was rude & talked over me. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Saw him several years ago, did what was asked and he told me it wasn't good enough. laughed when I asked if I could be related to another condition I have.

Left to go to a different ENT and am much happier now. Dr. Jindal had told me that if nasal sprays didn't work for my snoring I should have various scans done to check anatomy and if those were inconclusive then there was nothing else I could do. He would not listen to what I had tried/what his own plan was for me and kept kicking the can down the road with trying more nasal sprays. Left this practice and went to another who actually listened and ordered a sleep study, and from there surgery.

If you need nose spray, seek out Jay Jindal. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed. There appears to be a high turn over in support staff. I'll go elsewhere and you should to.

Un Happy in Toledo, OH – Sep 23, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Jindal?
Dr. Jindal left positive margins on a cancer diagnosis. He did not do a biopsy because he said they were taking out the suspicious lesion. We were under the impression that during surgery they would test the lesion, but he did not. That has led to the spread of cancer that probably could of had a chance to be contained in the original surgery.

Dr. Jay Jindal was instrumental in curing my cancer. He's exceptionally conscientious and never fails to personally make sure his patients receive excellent care. His staff can be obstructive, argumentative and ill tempered. If you get past the staff, you'll get the best care in the city.
