Dr. Jeffrey Marshall, DO

Dr Marshall insisted at my age I get a colonoscopy. I waited and finally did it. Came back positive for colon cancer. Thank you Dr. Marshall. Saved my life. My early detection gives me a long life to go.

A mouthpiece mostly disrespectful of my reason for being there. Dove into my history and critiqued it in a frustrated manner like it means something to him or I'm a hypochondriac not knowing what he is talking about !! Offered no remedy for my issue of of that day ! Ended the clown show saying I was a candidate for weight loss surgery totally unrelated ! I've been going good there at Westerville family physicians for decades, should of waited for Dr. Kitchen, he was good and will miss his knowledge and professional demeanor and his awesome nurse ! !

Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable. Today my mental health is better than ever. Dr. Marshall is committed to the overall health of his customers as well.

I made an appointment for my mom, who needs a new Dr closer to home and Dr Marshall was suggested. We waited 8 weeks for this appointment, but when she arrived he would not even see her because she had another appointment scheduled with a second dr nearby next week. The whole idea was for her to talk to a couple of people to see who she is comfortable with - she’s had the same dr for 30 plus years and is 90 years old for god’s sake! But Dr Marshall wasn’t going to waste his time getting to know someone who might not end up choosing him - even when we offered to pay for it! What kind of service/ practice won’t even speak to a new patient without a “commitment “ that the person will always be their patient/“choose them?” I had told everyone in the office up front what the visit was as about ahead of time. A waste of our time and energy , which is limited for my mom. If you don’t have the decency to treat your patients better we’re glad not to have you as her Dr.

Dr. Marshall took his time in assessing my health issues by video visit & addressed all my concerns.
