I have been a patient of Dr Miller for 20 years or more. His staff are the best, kind and patient. I arrived early for my appointment on January 6, 2025, only to find that there were no cars in the parking lot. Furthermore, the building had been vacated! When I called I was told that the office was being relocated and would reopen on January 13. I was told that I would receive a call to schedule another appointment. It is now February and I still have not been contacted by the doctor's office. What has become of my medical records?

Gave me my quality of life back
Yes, the wait time can be long and the office is not full of pretty furniture. Who cares! For anyone that has waited for years and years to be correctly diagnosed, a long wait is hardly an issue. I grew up with a Dr in the family, and I know having a Dr that I can trust is a game changer. Dr Miller was genuinely upset that I had gone through multiple testing and disciplines of treatment without anyone at Watson Clinic taking the initiative to look at baselines on my labs. He took a sincere interest in getting me out of pain first, and has allowed telemed appts for follow up. Alexis at the front desk is wonderful. Davie is wonderful. Everything about this team proves caring and invested. That's why the appointments take so long and the wait time is long, because they are thorough. I waited for over 10 years for a diagnosis. An hour wait time is more than worth it.

Best holistic rheumatologist
Dr Miller spends focused time with each patient. He really listens to your symptoms and health issues and treats your health holistically. He also stays very current in his field of medicine often participating in studies. He's the best rheumatologist I've seen. Davie, his nurse, is great about making sure he has the information he needs to help your appointment run smoothly. His associate physician had been a great addition to his practice as well.

Dr. Miller, who truly is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I’ve met, (and I’ve had lupus since I was a kid) could benefit from some serious office management rehabbing. The staff is kind and friendly to some, absolutely horrible to others. If you’re not watching out, they will skip you, either because they don’t like you or aren’t paying attention. The wait times are absolutely blasphemous, being seen 4 hours after your appointment time is so common you legitimately need to plan around that timeframe every single appointment. You’re lucky and shocked if it’s even remotely on time. (On time being within a couple of hours) Good luck getting an urgent appointment, they will let you sit in the waiting room all day no matter how much you’re suffering. If a refill or new med script isn’t given to you or not sent over, they will make you come in again with an appointment to be seen to get said script. (Have to make sure you can charge for everything) -Miller is great, office is horrible

Dr Miller said at the start he had to be at hospital for his wife and that we “had to get to it.” I am empathetic, but this is not what a new patient wants to hear. My appointment should have been rescheduled. I will not return.

Appointment was 12:45. It has been 3 hours and Dr Miller is just now meeting with us. This is a common occurrence. His physician assistance was prompt but we are waiting and waiting for Dr Miller to review and just sign scripts. His waiting room is completely backed up as well. Several patients had other appointments and are now late as did we and must now reschedule.

Unsure as I didn’t get to meet him. The receptionist on the phone was not responding to the circumstances around my situation. I asked if I could speak to the office manager who would not stare her name, acted very abrupt and bothered by my questions and did not care to even look into the matter.

In 1964, I came down with what eventually would be diagnosed as Ankylosing Spondilitis, a sever form of spinal arthritis. After seeing more doctors and specialists than I care to remember, my condition was officially diagnosed in 1999 when I first met Dr. Jeffrey Miller. I have been a patient ever since. Dr. Miller cares for each of his patient like they were his only case, spending whatever time it takes to confirm a diagnosis and suggest treatment - rare in this day of 15 minute doctor visits.

My husband has a chronic unknown condition for the past 6 years. We always felt he had an autoimmune disease but never delved into it after autoimmune panels kept coming back negative. Dr. Miller was the worst doctor we have been to in the past 6 years. He joked with my husband about how he won’t ever get his life back, made inappropriate remarks about our sex life, and spewed out orders that weren’t even written down by the nurse. We were heart broken and bewildered even more post-appointment.

Dr Miller is very knowledgeable and seems to be very good. However the organization of his office, follow up, the ability to obtain refills for his prescribed medications is less the bad. No return calls to pharmacists is ridiculously slow. I have had to wait 3 to 4 weeks. You cannot leave a messagewith his office after hours.. Be prepared for frustration.

I have found Dr. Miller to be a great doctor, he is attentive and seems very genuinely concerned about getting the issues you are dealing with resolved. His bed side manner is a little different, but if you have any sense of humor it isn't bothersome.

I have been a patient of Dr Miller for over 7 years. Prior to seeing him I was miss diagnosed for over 15 years and felt like I was a number, like I didn't even have a name. I would go in other Dr office's, and it felt like no one cared. All the Dr's wanted to do is write out a bunch of prescriptions without even trying to figure out what was even wrong. All that changed once I saw Dr Miller! He is amazing! And I actually now have a name and I feel like he truly cares.

Early morning appt. Like 9:45. Otherwise near the end of day you will have to wait because he spends time going over patients conditio, ngresearching for new treatments. He is a doctor that reads medical journals & keeps learning. Not just a MD after his name. He is well worth the time to get proper treatment & not the run around and it's all in your head from other lazy doctors who want to go home by 5pm. Mom has 2% rare disease. For me he ran screening tests that other doctors didn't use. ??

Dr. Jeffrey Miller has literally saved my life!!! My husband & I have traveled all over the country being military! All of my prior Drs kept telling me that I was "just unique" & left it at that. I started seeing Dr. Miller in Feb. 2017 & within the first 10 min. of sitting down with him, he diagnosed me with Lupus! This man is an absolute genius! He prescribed me CellCept & Plaquenil & my joint pain has been going away. The wait time is a little long, but trust me, he is worth the wait!
