Dr. Muench is an exceptional surgeon who saved my mom's life. Our family can not express enough gratitude for his expertise and compassion. He is professional, smart, and caring- he addressed all our concerns and supported us through a very difficult medical time, surgery and recovery. Mom is doing great and our family is so appreciative.

Dr. Muench saved my mom’s life
Dr Muench was such a gift to our family. We are so glad he was our mother’s surgeon. He may be “no-nonsense” but he is always thinking about how to give his patients the very best care. His care of our mother Rosie before and after surgery was excellent. We were so grateful that he was our mother’s surgeon. He saved her life.

Dr. Muench seems to know what he's doing, but the secretary does not. We were just there last Thursday and was told to come back this Thursday, but she forgot to write the appointment down. While we were there, I reiterated to her that the appointment was for this week and she should probably write that down while we were there. She stated to me that she will not forget to write it down, that's her job. Well, needless to say, she forgot. We are over an hour away and the Dr. did not see him today. NOW, we have to come back next Tuesday for something that should've been taken care of today. It is time to replace the secretary, once that is accomplished, there could be more stars. Unfortunately, a star is required, or it would be 0.
