He’s down to earth, and for all his patients, he gives us hope. He’s optimistic and happy all the time.

The entire staff was helpful pleasant and an outstanding facility.Dr Primm was pleasant explained everything and was easy to talk to.

Went to Dr. Prem with some serious issues. He was extremely helpful and took his time answering all of our questions, of which we had many. Did not rush us at all and was extremely professional. Feel very fortunate to have seen him.

He placed a dialysis fistula for my husband, tried to open it 2x with angioplasty, referred it to partner Dr Butler, another angioplasty, then both refused to schedule another angioplasty to fix it. Subsequent consult with 2 other vascular surgeons later, we were told fistula would never would have worked, that it was placed incorrectly.

Very rude, explains nothing, very condescend when you ask any questions. Will never go back. I feel bad for his staff, having to work with him.

My experience was great, well, as great as can be expected when having some veins stripped. Dr Prem was thorough and answered all my questions. His staff was friendly. My office visits were quick. There were practically no wait times, which means they are efficient (something I can appreciate). The procedure itself went better than I anticipated and was back to work the next day. I was less sore overall and healed faster than I expected. We chatted through the whole procedure. I have zero complaints. After reading some of the other reviews, I can only recommend the following. If you see him, prepare yourself for your visit (like you should with any doctor visit). Write down your questions in advance. Look things up so you know what kinds of questions to ask. I'm guessing they didn't cover mind-reading in med school, so it's on you to be prepared. If you're looking for someone to coddle you, he is not the doctor for you. But if you want no nonsense, high quality results, he's the man.

Do not go to him. He’s rude, arrogant, and yells at his patients.

Professional and skilled! Excellent care from Dr Prem. The surgery went well. I highly recommend him.

Will not go back. Doesn’t explain things well. He only ultrasounded one leg. Found out thru another doctor I had issues in both legs. I lost confidence in him. Staff not friendly either.

My husband had surgery X 2 to correct vascular problems. They did NOT prepare him for the problems - pain - concerns - that would happen AFTER surgery...dismissed it as normal...TOTALLY freaked us out and ruined our vacation. Also, initially staff told us he could drive himself....then the day before was told no. When his PC called they said it was not normal and he should be seen,,,,but they called him later in the day when everyone else was cancelling because of the weather (ice).....

Find another doctor. Arrogant and rude. Only was concerned if there was a blood clot, not the pain from the veins. He just does not care.!

He may know his stuff but he is too arrogant; gave a very vague explanation and rushed me out. Not impressed.
