Careful thoughtful treatment
Dr. Raines listen to all my concerns explained what was going on and my options. He has a good bedside manner, very knowledgeable and is treatment seems appropriate. Both visits, I left feeling relieved.

I have been seening Dr. Raines for over 12 years. He delivered both of my children and I wouldn’t have it any other way. He is compassionate and takes the time to listen to any complaints I may have. I never feel rushed during my visits. I had concerns during the last trimesters of both pregnancies and he was able to get me in for same day appointments. He really took my worries seriously and was able to ease my concerns. He also asks to see pictures of my kids at each visit which is awesome.

Having some issues with my hormones, and Dr. Raines spent a significant amount of time with me answering questions and being very thorough.

Not happy w/ Dr. Raines. During a painful procedure, I asked him to stop. He should've stopped immediately, but didn't & wasn't at all comforting. Today I found out I'm being charged $1,000 for medical tests because he marked them as "second opinion", which they weren't. I've had these same tests for the past 5 yrs and they have always been paid for by insurance because they are preventive services. But because he marked them as "2nd opinion", insurance won't cover them. I'm very unhappy.
