Friendly, open. Was there in spite of sometimes having a sub.

Everyone was helpful from reception to Dr. Traina. He answered all questions and was gentle and personable. I feel confident in his abilities.

Unfortunately he has same issues as I and has been through process, BUT it means(to me) he knows first hand the problems and processes for recovery.

Finally met with the Dr on the fourth visit. I was asked to go back and see him after a few recent visits that were subpar. I let them know I wanted to see the X-rays and MRI, but again I didn't see them. Another letdown. Just received the bill which I was surprised at because he insinuated since they were trying to remedy a prior issue I wouldn't be charged. Bill included for the second time a drug screen which I declined in the office. No idea why they are so insistent on trying to give a drug screen and then charge for it when it did not happen. The nurse that came in before the doctor also named some drug that I was supposedly on from my records. Another unorganized mess. I'm not surprised since the other 3 visits were the same. A lot of money down the drain.

He really took time to learn about my pains and try to help me through every means necessary...

Very patient and kind excellent bedside manner. He explained all the options and we worked on a plan for my care together.

I would like to recommend the office of Dr. trainer because the staff has been exceptionally welcoming and professional. In many ways empathetic.

When I go in for an appointment I am always greeted with a smile and a hello how are you today. The staff is amazing and friendly and very helpful.

Checking in out was so easy. Everyone in the office were friendly. Dr and nurse practitioner was excellent in explaining the issues I had and an awesome treatment plan for me.

Always a great experience and care. Office staff is efficient and friendly. Dr Traina is so caring and knowledgeable the PA s are also.

Seen several Doctors that did absolutely nothing. Really pleased to see this doctor give me a cortisone shot in my knee. The staff is helping with recovery. That is all I wanted from the beginning. Also seen the same day I scheduled a appointment. That is very rarely done. Another orthopedic doctor wanted me to deal with knee issues for a month before being seen for the first time. I really appreciate their care and professionalism.

Yes sir he’s been such a caring physician and he goes the extra mile. Bed side manners are extremely polite we love Doctor J. Traina and I’ve recommended my brother to him. My brother loves him as well and my brother is now on the right track to getting his health back. The visit yesterday was perfection. Thank you lord and God bless Doctor Traina and his staffs

Dr Traina is awesome he is the only orthopedic Dr that would help me no other dr from LEESVILLE, DERIDDER OR LAKE CHARLES would and actually I am glad he was the only one because I feel I am in such good hands with him. I recommend him to everyone I know or meet. Just want to say Thank you so much Dr. Traina ?? You ROCK

Dr. Traina is always helpful and knowledgeable, and his staff is friendly. My wife and I have been going to him for years. I highly recommend him.

I thoroughly enjoyed My time with FNP Selina Valyan. She is engaging, concerned and understanding. Her manner is excellent.

I have been to Dr. Traina for 2 different problems. The visits have always been very good. The entire staff are very helpful and listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend them.
