Dr. Jennifer Ahmed, MD

Dr Jennifer Ahmed is wonderful. She is caring and extremely helpful with her time and explanation. Her office is run horribly . You can’t contact medical records over the phone because their mailbox is full. You are treated sarcastically by most of the receptionist and get different answers from each person. I don’t think dr Ahmed knows this. I will next time visit the dr are an alternate location.

By far the worst doctor experience I have ever been through. I went going in with Vertigo/PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness) symptoms and after getting my MRI results back that came back normal, she essentially tells me there's nothing that I can do about it and am just going to have to figure out a way to cope with it. She also informed me I had a chiari malformation which may or may not be causing my issues but didn't go into it much with me because there's "nothing anyone can do about". After still having questions and while asking her one of them, she opened the door to let me know the appointment was over, and after my one question walked out dismissing all of my issues. Please do not go to her if you are looking for someone who is actually caring to fix your issues rather than read you results, tell you you are fine and walk out while taking your money!

Dr. Ahmed treated me for facial spasms. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff were also pleasant. The negative reviews may come from individuals who refused to wear a mask. I encountered two such individuals during my visit and they were extremely adversarial.

HORRIBLE follow up and unprofessional office staff. No matter when I call their office, you NEVER speak to a live person. Everything goes to voicemail. I have left several messages, and even went there in person to ask that my doctor call me ASAP with my MRI results. I have not received one call back from anyone there, even just to tell me that the doctor will be calling me with results at some point. Dr. Ahmed is a good doctor, but she needs a new office staff, or train the existing staff on how to run an office.

Really cares about her patients and their needs. She’s the best!

I have left message after message but no return calls Trying to get them to schedule a mri is like pulling teeth I give up.May be they should try to get a new office staff.

When I called this doctors office to make an appointment I was told that this doctor treats facial pain and head pain with Botox. The treatment I received when I got to this office the day of my appointment was atrocious. I feel as if I can't let this go unspoken and I am in contact now with pro health customer services to find out how they can get away with having such an unprofessional doctor and staff.

went to see her for neck pain. She sent me for an MRI. After 14 days I called the office because she still had not called me with results (which I already had off zwanger website) there were horrible things on my report and I could not believe that she did not call me. After that she sent me for a PetScan last Saturday. today is now FRIDAY and she still has not called me . VERY UN PROFESSIONAL will be seeking a doctor that cares about me.

I wouldn't know how to rate the doctor as I never got to see her. Waited an hour and then asked if she was going to see me or not. The staff was unbelievably nasty and rude right from the moment I walked in the door. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice like the plague.

Not only is she my favorite doctor but also a lovely person. She genuinely cares about her patients unlike some doctors who trerat you like a number.

Dr Ahmed is great but impossible to get appointment with her. Only in Plainview office on Fridays.

Dr. Ahmed is an excellent doctor and a very friendly and caring person.
