Dr. Jennifer Hendricks, DO

Dr. Hendricks is an amazing provider. She listens and is very caring.

Dr. Hendricks seems to mis-identify which patient is in front of her. She spends the whole (brief) time typing on and staring at the computer, although she has demonstrated that she cannot find relevant data on it, with a student doctor stepping in to operate the computer and find the data. Dr. Hendricks swings wildly from expressing great concern (but not doing anything about it) to being dismissive and even refusing to schedule an appointment or engage. OhioHealth is pestering me to get a wellness check, which I haven't had since... maybe 2012, and Dr. Hendricks insists that I'm not ELIGIBLE for one until 2023. She has yet to lay hands on me (since meeting her in 2018) for any reason. An ER visit has casually diagnosed me with cancer and Dr. Hendricks is refusing to return my calls. I don't know where to go.

Dr. Hendricks is an excellent primary care doctor. She listens attentively and is very proactive on patient wellness. I am very happy to have found her as my primary care physician.

Always late, always at computer never enough time for visit. Left pratice with no dr for her patience.

Dr. Hendricks is an amazing Doctor. She really treats her patients with care and respect. I do not feel like just a number when I go there. I am lost for words on who to have as my PCP since she has left Elliot.

Dr. Hendricks is rarely in the office, so it is difficult to even call her my primary care physician. Also she alerted all of her patients a month prior to her departure (shes moving to Ohio, hopefully not to continue a career in medicine) that they will no longer have a doctor. No alternative set-up or anyone to take her patients. Appointments with her are useless anyways. She has referred me out for every issue I've ever gone to her for. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I very rarely if never see my primary care doctor. She is never available when I need to make an appointment. I consider the PA more my primary. The few times I have had an appointment with her I felt rushed, and you could tell when she was busy she was't very patient with asking my questions.
