The Best
Dr. Cross is thorough and spends to time to get to the bottom of issues that other doctors don't care about. Her staff are courteous and respectful. She diagnosed and cured my long time illness that the doctors in Clarksburg and Morgantown had no idea about.

Beware!
Rude and totally misdiagnosed me. I also feel she was trying to just gain experience in her area of interest and use my insurance to pay for it. My insurance denied covering the surgery she wanted to do, and I went on to another doctor to diagnose the real problem.

Dr. Cross is compassionate, caring, and professional. She listens to your issues and looks at the whole picture of your health. Her attention to detail is amazing.

Doesn't listen
Already had her mind made up, inflexible and not willing to take pt history into account. Waste of time seeing her, a shame she is the only ent in our area.

It has been 2 years since I have heard or seen Dr. Cross. They have not followed up on anything they have suggested in the meetings with the other staff either.
