Wonderful experience with Dr. Jennifer Hu! Dr. Jennifer Hu is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I especially loved how Dr. Jennifer Hu really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. A couple days after the surgery, I talked with her over the phone many times, asked questions about what was bothering me, and received comprehensive answers. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Doctor Hu is one of the most professional, courteous, and caring doctors I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I have seen many many dermatologists over the years, and she is absolutely one of the best. I literally trust her with my life. She is meticulous, pays attention to detail, and is genuinely interested in my health. Usually I'm pretty good at finding things, but she is the first doctor to continually surprise me with the things that she notices. She's definitely not one of those "hurry up and get out" kind of physicians. Thank you doctor Hu for all you have done to keep me healthy! I already miss your care.

Dr. Hu is an expert in Mohs Surgery of which I have had two. She has taken extra care to help me not lose hair. My Mohs was on the front of my scalp, and I faced the sun running for the last 25 years. No wonder. Jenny is precise and takes the time to be there for any questions and or work.

I appreciate Dr Hu's careful and thorough examinations. She has found several precancerous growths and had them removed.

Went to Dr. Hu at UCLA. She was very polite, friendly and engaging. Conducted a very professional and thorough skin exam during which she found a mole on my scalp. Gave a very clear and concise review of lab results and necessary followup treatment. Feel very good and confident about being under her care.

Went to Dr. Hu in Santa Monica after begging my primary to refer me to dermatology for a v. bad chronic ear itch. Med'n that primary had prescribed was useless. To my shock, Dr. Hu identified alopecia, which primary had missed. Also prescribed an ear med that works and only needs to be used every few days. Dr. Hu did a birthday suit check, removed a troublesome mole and tested for allergies. She gets it all done very quickly w/ just enough discussion. I will follow her to Thousand Oaks!
