Over the past 50 years, I have seen many psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other providers, but I was very impressed by his concern, care, and understanding about my condition. He spent an hour listening to me talk about my history, my medications, past experiences, as well as my expectations, plans, and objectives for my treatment. He asked cogent and insightful questions, provided answers to my questions, and gave me confidence that he was an excellent choice. I look forward to working with him as long as I live here in San Diego.

I had an intake visit with Dr. Bass early in 2021. Less than 1/2 way through the 50 minute appt, I realized he wasn't listening to to anything I was saying. He would ask a question, then turn around and type... Later, I found out he 'diagnosed' me with something I do not have, and put incorrect notes in my file, everything from the number and ages of my children to a treatment that we did NOT discuss, even adding details about my work schedule.. we never spoke of this at all. I was able to go over these things with another therapist, and clarified this information. The truth is, that if he has done this to one person, he has done it to others.
