I was in severe pain, and the doctor saw me in between surgeries to evaluate me. Also, when my situation became Unbearable, he did the surgery on an emergency basis. His staff are all great. They returned their calls promptly and had a very caring demeanor. Getting cervical spine surgery is a big decision, and you want to know you’ve got a real pro and somebody who really cares about you. Dr. Denning is that. He also takes plenty of time with you and answers all your questions. My surgery was a success. IF you have to have surgery – he is the person you want.

I had 2 surgeries in October 2024 with Dr. Denning to correct my scoliosis. The first was an anterior (front) approach to my spine to place 5 cages. The second (posterior - back) was 2 days later to place rods and screws and everything it takes to stabilize the spine. Dr. Denning preferred to do my surgery in two steps because it was best for me to not be under anesthesia too long. The excruciating pain down my leg from nerves being pinched was immediately gone! I couldn’t stand more than 5 minutes before the surgery without being in terrible pain. I was at the point of taking a chance on the surgery or just sitting in a chair the rest of my life. I’m so glad I decided to take the chance! At 65 years young I feel like I have my life back…thanks to Dr. Jeremy Denning! I have to say he is the sweetest, most down to earth doctor I’ve known in quite awhile. He listens and truly cares. I would recommend him to anyone that needs spine care!

I'm so appreciative of Dr. Denning's willingness to have a Teledoc after surgery visit with me. The weather and the distance would have forced me to cancel. Dr. Denning was patient and understanding and explained what was going on during my recovery. I love that he doesn't sugar coat his explanations and I appreciate that. He and his staff is easy to work with also.

Dr.Denning listens, unrushed, to find the best solution to your particular situation. He is patient, on top of best practices, does not rush to surgery. Throughout the whole process from beginning to end, Dr. Denning made me feel that I was his number one priority as a patient. He is not only extremely kind and compassionate but also it’s obvious he is extremely knowledgeable. I went to Dr. Denning simply as a second opinion, and I was immediately sold on his capabilities and his ability to communicate what was a very foreign subject matter to me. My spinal fusion was a success and I no longer have any sciatic nerve pain radiating down both my legs. I have not felt this good in years! From my experience, I have found that many Specialists do not have very good bedside manners. However, Dr. Denning is truly an exception to this. He has a wonderful blend of a caring personality and wanted to put me at ease with the many questions that I had. I cannot recommend Dr. Denning enough. His staff Stacy and Sandra were both super helpful and a joy to work with as well.

Dr Denning and his staff are the tops in what they do! He is such a great doctor and now a friend. Exceptional in every part of being a good doctor and having a great staff!

Dr. Denning and his staff are extremely friendly, they listen and answer questions promptly, and are so helpful. Dr. Denning took alot of time to go over my cervical and lumbar MRIs with me; showing me things the 1st surgeon did not reveal. He offered a different option for my cervical surgery which helped me keep my vertebra and lessened the 'downtime'. It wasn't until 1 week before my surgery that I REALLY saw how much Dr. Denning cares for his patients. My insurance decided to deny my surgery (yes 1 week before the surgery date). Dr. Denning had a peer-to-peer phone call with the insurance Dr. After the phone call, his assistant called to inform me of how the call went, and what she told me about how Dr. Denning stood up for me and pleaded my case -- at times to the point where he was angered by how the insurance dr. was treating my issue -- made me feel like I was his only patient. He is just amazing!

I love how Dr. Denning and his staff are focused but also kind. They patiently listened to me at every appointment and did not pressure me to make up my mind about surgery. When I did have surgery they were caring and kept me hopeful for a good outcome. I had no unusual problems and have healed quickly. I can even now hug my grandchildren with NO pain only 2 months after surgery. Pain and numbness are reduced all around. Thank you all so much! L

Dr. Denning is exceptional! He has great bedside manners, is thorough in his findings, and explains everything clearly. A fantastic surgeon and a genuinely great person- I highly recommend him!

Where do I start. Dr. Denning and his entire staff are amazing. I had severe leg and back pain for the past year. I was so glad to get an appointment. Let me tell you it was worth the 6 hour round trip drive. I had surgery Aug 3 and have my daughter a wedding Oct 12. I told Dr. Denning I needed to be completely fixed and ready to dance. I had both abdominal and lumber fusions done. I will be dancing the night away that evening and have scheduled a ski vacation in March. I was worried about life after surgery. I am 50 and very active. 6 weeks after surgery, no braces and only a lift restriction. I feel amazing. The staff is one of the best. They answer the phone quickly and always have answers. Refills and requests are filled almost the same day. I never waited more than 10 min for any appointment. The communication was excellent. At no time did we not have a plan or concerns. If you have pain or weakness, and you want to get your life back, you owe it to your self and family to see

As a healthcare professional myself, his staff are always really nice, accommodating and supportive. dr. Denning is one of the nicest doctors you could ask for especially given that he is a surgeon which most of them have a 'God complex ' Dr. Denning is not one of them! I had had one surgery with him 12 years ago and I'm fixing to have another one.

Office staff were busy but still had time to chat with me while checking-in. Stacy took me back, took vitals, and explained how the visit would proceed and said the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Denning came in, introduced himself and addressed me by name. We discussed my condition and the results of my MRI. He took the time to explain what I was seeing and what it meant in the short and long term. All-in-all, he addressed my questions and concerns not as doctor-patient but more as doctor-client. That was the best part of my visit.
