Extremely rude
He was doing a uterine biopsy on me and it was really painful. I asked if he was almost done and he ignored me and kept digging in.

Rude
This doctor was extremely rude. I was instructed by the ER to contact the after hours line for my OB after a threatened miscarriage. I called the line and left a message explaining everything. The line had stated no one would call back if it wasn’t urgent. This doctor called back and acted like he hadn’t even listened to my message. He interrupted me saying “No. No. No. That’s not what this line is for.” Apparently it’s for emergencies. Which doesn’t make sense if you have to leave a message. But he could have simply not called back.I can’t imagine what kind of a person you have to be to reprimand someone for calling the wrong line when you know they are possibly losing their baby.Unfortunately, I ended up miscarrying and my experience with him made it that much worse. I’ll possibly contact patient experience, but I likely be one in a sea of many.

Cold & Inappropriate
Dr. Scobee is one of the coldest and most inappropriate doctors I’ve encountered. Upon knowing my mental health history, he stated “you must be nervous” while taking my pulse in my gown. No other statements were made to increase my comfort. During the actual annual exam, he did not prompt me when poking and prodding. He pushed so hard on my abdomen I grunted in pain, with no acknowledgment or apology to follow. I immediately scheduled my next yearly exam with someone else. The nursing staff was equally as cold, and passive. Please save your time and schedule with another provider. There’s a reason he is taking new patients.

Wonderful doctor! He delivered my 2 kids via c-section. My oldest (now 5 years old) was born 1 week early due to a medical problem, which explains the c-section. Whenever I see Dr. Scobee he is always in a great mood and always keep me and my husband laughing. He also asks how our kids are doing, and shows that he cares about his patients. There are some who find him "rude, unfriendly, and emotionally disconnected." Not true, in my opinion. I will continue to see him! Thank you for all you do!

I went in to see Dr. Scobee for breakthrough bleeding in between my cycles. I'm undressed waist down, with that paper covering me, and left in the room for over 30mins. Dr. Scobee breezes in, emotionally disconnected. "Slide forward and put your feet in the stirrups" he said in a distant barely audible voice. Without warning he roughly inserted a plastic speculum, which made me gasp for air and start to cry, by the end of that exam I left feeling utterly violated.

I went in for a 23hr. admit 1.5 years and 8 surgeries later they still have not been able to fix the mess he made. Beware of this man. He also acts a proffessioal wittness for most major attorneys. Making it impossible to hold him accountable for his mistakes.

Dr. Scobee delivered my daughter via planned c-section in 2014, and is my OB for my current pregnancy. He is straight forward, and honest...gives you researched based knowledge, followed by his professional opinion. He is very calm and I trust his decisions.

Straight shooter, no fuss, honest and to the point, shares a wealth of information, explaining medical criteria, options, and research first and professional opinion last which allows the patient to make informed decisions with personal health goals in mind. Quiet persona, not the teddy bear sort if one is looking for that, but very capable and efficient OB with trustworthy drive for health excellence. I have felt safe and heard this entire pregnancy, and would recommend him easily.

I seen Dr.Scobee for my fourth and finally delivery of my handsome son Jaxson. Dr.Scobee was amazing my whole pregnancy, he listened to all my questions and eased my nerves when I started having blood pressure issues. I had to be induced and even though my blood pressure got pretty high my son was delivered with no complications. I will continue to see Dr.Scobee for my gyn needs from now on.

I have never met a doctor that was so absurdly nonchalant about my health questions. When I asked if there was anything to do about my inability to eat from morning sickness he told me that it was just part of being pregnant, you'll be fine. When I was concerned about the amount of swelling in my hands, wrists, and feet he told me that there was nothing I could do about it and i'd have to live with the pain until I gave birth. (I had 5 months left to go at that point) I will NEVER go back.
