Office workers on appointments
I have an appointment that I cannot keep and the next time that I can see Dr. Whitt is a month from now. The office workers told me that they cannot send my records to my primary care doctor because doctor Whitt is on vacation and I have to see Dr. Whitt first a month from now on my results of my procedures

I have been waiting two weeks for a referral to get an to get a biopsy done of a cyst on my thyroid in my neck. During the two weeks I have suffered from anxiety and depression not knowing exactly what is going on with health. I know it doesn't take two weeks to schedule an appointment. I really wish my PCP would have assigned me another surgeon that would take my health as serious as I do.

I am surprised that Dr. Whitt has any positive reviews. His office in West Memphis was great, but his interaction with patients is non-existent. We never met him prior to the day of the surgery he performed. Then, prior to and after the surgery he stopped in the room for literally 10 seconds. Long enough for one sentence. He did not allow us to ask any questions, nor did he tell us anything about how the surgery went. He left it all up to the nurses, which seems very arrogant.
