Dr. Jessica Cunningham, DO

I'll start out by stating that Dr. Cunningham is a great doctor and has been great for the delivery of our youngest daughter, so I wish I could rate her separate from her office. But BEWARE her office! They have some of the worst customer service that we've ever experienced. (edit for space) Our biggest grievance came when we called the office (ended up calling 5 times in total from January through March) to discuss the bills we were receiving. At first, I called our insurance and they recommended I call the office directly to see if they could charge us differently since we were charged for an in-office visit when it could have been done virtually or over the phone. On Jan 7, I spoke with Vicki and she said that she would discuss with the doctor if one of these charges could be removed, which I was very happy to hear. I left my phone number, and although she said that she would get back to me and let me know, I never received a call or any other notification. (no space left)

I thought I loved Dr. Cunningham- until I got pregnant. She speaks to me as if I’m am an idiot, know nothing about my body, and am incompetent to make decisions regarding my health. Definitely in the market for a new doctor!

Dr. Cunningham is the best OB/GYN that I have ever seen. She was so attentive and kind through my whole pregnancy. Looking forward to having her deliver all of my babies!

She is probably a good doctor. But her professionalism was lacking. She was not able to answer some questions I had. I had To Google the answers and then ask another doctor. She spent very little time with me. She never offered any info unless I had a specific question. I ended up switching doctors late in my pregnancy.

Will never recommend her to anyone not even an animal. Worst experience of my life!

I would not recommend Dr. Cunningham to anyone. She doesn't make eye contact, listen( she interrupted several times a short I tried to answer her, she blew my issue off like nothing and has progressed, she didn't even do tests for what I was here for, didn't explain anything to me, made me feel like a victim. I went to her for help and was mentally and emotionally abused. After waiting months for the appointment and help. I now am having a full hysterectomy and possible ovarian cancer she missed

Dr. Cunningham is super nice. However I have noticed a decline in her efficiency and care taking. The last time I went in will be that my LAST time. The staff put me in the wrong room and validated hippa laws. Also, Dr. Cunningham spent maybe 2-minutes with me and she did not even do a pap smear. She just asked me one question and then left the room. I sat in there for 10-minutes after that confused. Then just got up and went to find a nurse to ask a few more questions. There are BETTER ob's

Very sweet and compassionate

The whole staff were very sweet. Dr.Cunningham was very nice and spent plenty of time answering my questions!

She made me feel comfortable, and she didn't seem like she was in a hurry like some doctors are. She seemed genuinely excited for me to be her patient.

I have a history of ectopic pregnancy and requested blood work and an early scan to determine if the pregnancy was in the uterus. I was told twice by a nurse on Dr. Cunningham's staff that they would not see me until 8 weeks even though I was high risk. The nurse was also fairly rude and was not well informed about the procedures and risks of pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy.I don't even know if my request even made it to the Dr. But the lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
