I saw Dr. Southwood for hearing loss and tinnitus. She was extremely helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. I was very comfortable talking to her about my concerns. She recommended further testing and was very prompt on getting back to me with the results as well as a recommendation to a colleague who is a specialist that may be able to assist me.
