Avoid this office if you need a referral
My sister had pain in her chest - she went to Dr Togiai who said she would order a stress test. Its been more than 3 months - with multiple calls to the office, still the referral has not reached the hospital. My sister called her insurance company who said the procedure does NOT need to be approved. Finally, last week, a tech called her and said that the referral finally came in but no code was added, so we're back to base 1. My sister is so frustrated that she has stopped calling this doctor to complain. There is no excuse for this inadequate, pathetic service.

Dr.Togiai was very compassionate, very knowledgeable. Non judgmental and I was very comfortable being completely honest with her . I appreciate the level of respect I was given and am grateful to have her as my pcp. She is very thorough .
