Very Nice Initial Visit
I wanted to meet with anesthesiologist prior to procedure. Her assistant was so caring and Dr. V. was very thorough with her assessment. She explained procedure using a model. For me, meeting with a specialist prior to any non-emergency procedure is important for both sides. It allows me to gain overall needed confidence in the provider. This initial visit also allows the provider time to assess my case and ask necessary questions that may change the treatment plan based on their findings that may not be found just 10 minutes before the actual procedure. Dr. Valletta definitely solidified my confidence during this visit. We both got to know a little about each other. I am now confident to follow through with the procedure with her.

Extremely frustrated
Dr. Valletta ordered me meds that no pharmacy could get. Repeated calls to order alternative pain meds went unanswered for 6 days. Finally had to go the emergency department. On the 7th day she called in something that I could get and promptly dropped me from her practice! Avoid this Doctor at all costs.

Disappointing! Do Not Miss Any Visits!
Dr Valletta did NOT do any physical exams, barely listens & shows no empathy, looks at computer and types most of the visit, no hand washing seen within practice, does NOT do all pain procedures- no joint injections, simple procedures had to be re-sched…more Money/Co pays, sends Drug Testing to a non par lab & would NOT change- a test cost me around $300, won’t take after hour phone calls, would NOT order/ change any treatment when I had a fall and couldn’t leave home for wks. Pain Contract is strictly abided, no matter the reason. I rescheduled several appt. & they Discharged me. Literally abandon care on me 4 business days before my appt. They would not listen to any reasons for re-sched. One visit was due to illness, another was because they changed it from a Video to an office appt. & NEVER notified me, and one was due to COVID. Absolutely NO other reasons given for Firing me. I was treated like a Criminal, Snubbed, & Ignored! As a RN I could NEVER recommend the the practice!

Lacking in basic empathy. Unconcerned
The doctor had me waiting over 30 minutes and I saw no one else around. Her sycophant the therapist comes in the room to give her back up. They work together and she pushes his treatment which is a major insult for high levels of pain. He offers counseling/ meditation. She’s just making sure that her buddies all have a job and this spreads out the money and it puts distance in the treatment regimen hoping you will be so fed up that you will go away. Don’t bother with her. Beware!!! Read her many negative reviews

Dr.Valetta was my doctor for over a year. At first very pleasant, nice but I guess it was all in act. After she has you for a couple months she starts to deteriorate from your case. She dropped me as a patient over the phone. Talk about professional. Didn’t even refer me to doctor as she should, by law. Her nurse, Kristie Y, is very nice but great at covering up for Dr. Valetta. You call the office and always goes to voicemail especially when you’re in need of an emergency. Overall, I don’t recommend this doctor, I would definitely go somewhere else after my experience. Unprofessional and incompetent.

If I could give her zero stars I would!
I was referred to this, what I thought was a pain clinic, by my healthcare . It was the WORST experience I ever had with any dr. I take and have been taking pain meds for almost 30 yrs. and NEVER abused them. I always took them as directed. At my appt., she asked me questions and I told her about the 2 bad injuries I had and was prescribed these meds for. She was uncaring, rude, and wouldn't answer my questions. After my Son confirmed the fact that I only took meds as needed she stormed out of the room and sent a girl and it looked like security to make sure we left, which was uncalled for. As we were walking out this guy looked in the exam room like we stole something. I'm 71 and worked as a nurse for yrs. I would never treat anyone this badly! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME(and oh yes a co-pay) on this horrible excuse for a dr.! i seriously wouldn't take my dogs to her!

I had zero issues with Dr. Valletta, herself. Found her to be personable & competent. She appeared to be massively over-scheduled; handling admin tasks that no anesthesiologist should. For that, I blame her employer. They control her schedule & budget & have failed to provide her with the necessary staff that's needed to deliver a positive patient experience. This is the new health care model, folks. Lean & mean (not in a good way). Get used to rationing; TSA-like experience. Or, fight back.

Terrible bedside manner. Robotic at best. Absolutely no compassion. This is the first time I've ever heard a doctor say, "there's nothing we can do for you." Worst experience with a medical professional in all my life. Stay away!

I had a positive experience with Dr. Valetta in the past. At my last visit, however, after waiting for 2 hours in her new clinic, Dr. Valetta pointed out that in the meantime I had obtained a different (non-narcotic) medication elsewhere and dismissed me without allowing me to explain nor any further treatment plan other than a list of different pain clinics in the area. I left her clinic confused and humiliated. I understand now why some people with this experience would turn to street drugs.

Unprofessional Doctor! I waited almost 2 hours to see her, once I did she didn't take any time to listen to me. I have been suffering and treated for chronic back pain for 9 years and she acted as though my pain was insignificant. She offered no options to help other than providing me with other pain management doctors contact information in the area. I would never recommend her to anyone. The reason I gave 1 star is because the staff earned that, not her! Thanks for wasting my time & money!!!
