45 minutes in the waiting room each appointment. They use Healthmark for forms and refuse to fill them out in person. Healthmark charges per form and takes 1-2 weeks to process. Dr Marple was nice, but sent us out of house for testing and treatment. Other than a conversation, nothing medical was done to treat my partner's back injury. Expensive, time consuming and ineffective medical treatment. We will not be back and will warn others away from this Virtua location.

“Only one problem at a time”
I have arthritis, neck, back shoulder knees, etc. I went to see Dr. Marple because my back pain was worse and my neck was constantly bothering me when I mentioned my neck she said yeah I deal with neck but we’re only going to do one thing at a time I don’t know what that meant. She’s loud, talks at you and really doesn’t hear what you’re saying. I left with prescription for ibuprofen. She did not examine me physically at all. She took x-rays, but did not review them with me.

My visits with Dr. Marple start off well but every time we end up at the cortisone shot discussion, she just passes me to another doctor. I do not believe in cortisone shots. I want to correct the issue not numb it. Dr. Marple does not listen to her patient’s concerns. She feels her way is the only way and does not listen to their feelings nor offer proper care. There are other forms of treatments besides pills and shots Doc.

Second visit with Dr.Marple. First for plantar fasciitis and this time for lower back pain/sciatica. Both times left office well informed and at ease. Easy to talk too, allows you to speak your mind and listens to you. Thank you again Dr. Marple!!!

My recent visit, like previous visits was a very positive experience. Dr. Marple always gives me her full attention, and most importantly listens, and clearly communicates her advice for treatment. She is respectful, treating me like a patient, and a person!! She is truly a professional!

I trust this practice. I was treated by Doctor Ropiak for broken elbow. I have also been treated several times prior for a bad back and am returning for the third time. They quickly contacted my insurance carrier for approval for MRI and have a follow up appointment within a week.

I was not happy with my visit with Dr. Marple. She never asked me what my concerns were and immediately starting chastising me for not continuing therapy for the last 5 years. She came into the room and told me she was going to talk to me like no doctor ever has and she was correct. Every time I tried to say anything she interrupted. She had no interest in what I had to say. She seemed to have her own agenda and wasn't deviating from it. I got up and left. I did everything required by Reconstructive Orthopedics including going to classes about "hip replacement" and did all therapy. I was discharged and continued to do." therapy on my own for another year. I'd avoid seeing Dr. Marples at all costs.

I had to have an EMG of my right arm. I was terrified of the procedure until Dr. Marple came into the exam room. She got a thorough background on my problem, all the while putting me at ease. Before she started with the first phase of the test, she demonstrated it on herself. She then preformed the first phase of the test without any pain or discomfort. The second phase of the test was OK except for 2 pin pricks that hurt slightly. She is an excellent, caring doctor and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Marple did everything except effectively treat me. She was convinced I had one issue, when in fact, it was something completely opposite. I wasted nearly a year receiving therapy and treatment because she seemed rather stuck on one diagnosis. I didn't care for her manner and certainly not her competency as a physician.
