My rating for Dr. Chung is a ZERO. He performed a Nissen Fundoplication surgery for me in 2004. His credentials say he is a general surgeon and performs general surgeries. I was dealing with severe Gastric issues which required having this surgery. It is a very specialized surgery and is to be done by a physician who has knowledge of GI issues not a general surgeon. After the surgery I was in severe pain for over three years and battled severe pain every day, 24/7. I had to go to a pain specialist to help with the pain. His office staff were equally part of the problem as i would have an appointment and after waiting up to two hours they would tell me he was not in the office and i would have to reschedule (all the while in severe pain and discomfort). Recently i met the correct surgeon who is now going to replace all the bad that was done and make it all new without severe pain. I am so grateful for them and I know i have the best team now.
