Dr. Jinmeng Zhang, MD

She stepped in when my insurance dropped my previous dermatologist, had reviewed my history appropriately, took appropriate steps to assess a new issue and answered my questions well

I went to the dermatologist to seek help for issues that i’ve been dealing with. I got checked by Dr. Zhang. I received no help whatsoever. She made me feel extremely helpless, and said I couldn’t get rid of my issues. She did not suggest anything whatsoever try to tell me if I have medical issues which i don’t. Didn’t even ask me anything to collect information on why my issues are happening. I hated my experience. The front desk representatives were very kind and helpful, they made the experience great, and so did the medical assistants. I just disliked my experience with Dr. Zhang you don’t make your patients ever feel helpless. As a doctor you should always suggest things, and try to help that’s your duty. I will never come back. I will switch locations as I already did. I just hated the experience and it made me feel terrible and helpless after, but I did my own research and just found out it’s very reversible, and my primary care doctor confirmed it as well. Do better “Doctor”.

I saw Dr. Zhang in place of my regular dermatologist, who was not available. She was very pleasant, clearly explained the causes of my sudden skin issues, provided prescriptions to treat the skin problems I was experiencing and recommended an OTC product to help ameliorate them as well. I highly recommended Dr. Zhang.

Went in because I had a growth on finger. She was super friendly and she explained to me what it was and what they’d do. They removed it and made sure I was okay the entire time and I was in an out within 45 minutes of my appointment.

She was very friendly, very knowledgeable checked very carefully. Very refreshing to have someone actually seem to care. She will become my dermatologist

As a new patient, I was highly impressed with Dr Zhang as well as the office staff. I had preregistered online but still had to fill out a basic health form. Before I was even halfway finished, they were already ready for me. Her assistant was very kind and efficiently collected the details of my reason for being seen. Right away, Dr Zhang came into the room. So much for the usual 'wait 20 min for the Dr' that I expected so I could finish my paperwork. She took her time, asking questions and inspecting my leg and determined a biopsy was needed. She explained the procedure and left briefly while her assistant prepped me. Again, she returned quickly and took the biopsy, told me how to care for the area and that she'd see me in 2 weeks to go over the results. She was very kind and, I felt, knowledgeable. She even commented on a few moles that she noticed during her exam, which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning to her for my future skin checks.

Dr.Zhang is by far one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met in any speciality. She makes you feel safe and comfortable while in her care. She explains everything thoroughly and gives you every ounce of information that she can upfront prior to doing any type of assessment and or procedure. She is very orientated to detail and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed!

This was my first time in my late 20s to ever have an skin problems, or need to see a dermatologist. Dr. Zhang was awesome. She took her time in explaining my situation, how to treat it, and answered all of my questions. She didn't rush or make the visit feel unimportant. I will definitely be seeing her in the future. Thank you Dr. Zhang!

Don't go to this office. They did a biopsy then sent message saying I was a no show for my appointment. Can't get response or results! Horribly run office. Should be shut down!!

Great attention and explanation of the problem. Doc was very reassuring.

I saw Dr. Zhang for an unknown skin condition and she was able to prescribe cream for the rash and advise how to prevent. Very efficient and was seen on time.

Explained what treatment was and why. Went about biopsy slowly and carefully and without any pain. Very caring.

In addition to being a proficient doctor, she listened to my concern about the cost of the cream I needed a renewed prescription for. Dr Z recommended another option and even verified the price for me before suggesting alternative options. So rare to find a doctor that listens and goes out of her way to find a solution.

Dr. Zhang was very reassuring. Though there was no treatment that could be performed 5 days after the incident, from her observation, the burn on my arm (hot oven) was healing nicely. She explained that the coloration may be darker, but I will be fine.

She was respectful, thorough, and kind.

Gentle, efficient.

How everything was explained in a way I could understand. She removed 3 spots from my face that I didn’t even know could be a problem. Everyone in the office is so nice.
