Dr. Jo Pitzer, MD

Lack of organization. I went in fasting for some lab work and an EKG. No one there to do blood work. I made an appointment and this should have been taken care if along with the EKG. Also, an order of this pre op was sent weeks before, but Trisha calls me last minute to bring the order with me. I had to make sure another order was faxed to them last minute. Sometimes I wonder who should pay whom.

Dr Pitzer is very attentive and caring. She spends the time you need with her and answers any questions you may have. Dr Pitzer ensures you get all the care you need by referring you to a specialist as needed. I've been seeing her for 21 years, even changing health plans to be able to continue keeping her as my dr.

remember the old days when you could go to the dr and actually get in? well she hires front office workers who decide you can't, because well you have congestion..and promptly send you outside to wait in the sun for further instructions.. insanity.

Dr. Pitzer is seldom in office. She only offers telehealth.

Dr Pitzer herself is awesome. However even with serious issues we have not been able to see her and The Pa is extremely incompetent in many ways. I will change doctors just because of this individuals inability to perform. If we could ever get into Dr Pitzer that would be great but it’s now too difficult and the other option is not an option for our family anymore as we’ve tried to give her many chances and each time she’s worse. “Clairabelle” should not be working there. She’s completely made that office a disappointment.

I was a patient of Dr. Pitzer's for many years. She has very bad judgement when it comes to women's health. She kept me on estrogen therapy much longer than recommended and did not ask me to taper off. I got breast cancer because of her inability to be safe rather than sorry. My breast cancer was estrogen sensitive.
