A caring doctor
Telehealth
I have been Dr. Joanna Windows patient for the past 15 years. Dr. Windows is the only doctor I have since she has taken care of every medical problem I have had since my initial visit. She would spend as much time with you as you need. I highly recommend her.

Too busy for the patient
The Dr and entire staff act as if you, the patient, owe them something and they are doing you a favor. They act as if the patients are an inconvenience and bother to them. If you EVER want to contact them by phone, forget it! Dr Widdows is mostly pleasant but it’s clear, she doesn’t have true concern and empathy for her patients and it all conveys to her entire staff.

Dr. Widdows and her staff are kind, polite and concerned about my well being. Always smiling and accommodating. They are warm and welcoming.

Never saw Dr. - Leaves all the work to her nurses.
I had about 8 appointments with Dr. Widdow's (office) over several months for primary annual check up and both pre & post surgery care. Not once did I meet this Dr. I can't imagine running a practice where you do not see your patient even if its for 5 min. when your name is on the appointment, referral documents and prescriptions. Sorry to say that I will not be returning, as I am not wanting a nurse as my primary dr. Seems maybe profit driven?

This Dr. thinks she is God send
She tells the patient how to feel, has no patients with the elderly, do not waste your time going to her office to see only student nurses that are always new faces. Just look at her 2 1/2 stars after 26 years!!!

They forget what prescription was ordered
In 2 occasions the doctor denied 2 different prescriptions she ordered for me. This made me feel very uncomfortable. The first time I got home and looked at the medication and it had been prescribed by her. The second time she took the time to check the history and she found it... Very difficult to get an appointment. I had to go in person even to ask the staff to send the prescription to the pharmacy...

poor communication. Only way to get a simple question answered id to take time off work and make an appointment.... Office staff made a mistake on my record and placed an erroneous diagnosis. Their solution..make an appointment to discuss it.....

Very poor service. Having been a patient for five years, I have never been and have not seen a doctor. Each of my visits was a different assistant. It is impossible to make an appointment with a doctor either by phone or when visiting the office.

Was very happy with the office for several years however now not so much. I have been trying to get my medication refilled for 2 MONTHS now. I and my insurance company have left several messages and not getting any response, none. I even went into the office and was assured it was sent in. It was not. I am at a standstill and under extreme anxiety over it.

Non Professional very disappointed with the professionalism in this office. I was told I was going to see a Dr, but ended up with a nurse practitioner. I walked out. Furthermore very rude and $$$ conscious office staff. Not a place for Seniors to go. My friend recommended Dr Widdows. Did some research. She is never there and could care less. Time to retire Dr Widdows you are not serving the best interest to your patients. Please read other post same MO

Hideous, staff totally unprofessional . Thought I was going to see a Dr. Nope a Nurse Practitioner that was not qualified to diagnosis or treat my situation. Very sad operation

This office is more like a day-care center than a medical practice. Calls are not returned; requests to see Dr Widdows personally are ignored. This is my personal observation. There may be entirely satisfied patients. But Widdows will shortly cease to be my Primary. I cannot recommend Dr Widdows or this practice.

Never felt comfortable that they knew their stuff. Office staff unprofessional. No calls returned in a timely manner, blood works after two plus weeks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Worst office. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Never receive a call back. Male practioner scheduled a well women exam with no experience. Exam started in dark and ended after he obviously did not know what he was doing. Was finished by anoth NP who never had the decency to call back after complaints were called in. Dr was informed and that one also never called back after numerous calls . I wouldn’t bring My dog to that office. They need to be closed or investigated NEW DR TIME!

I would not send my dog to this office, the staff is totally incompentent. you call and no one calls you back, the only way to get any answers to your questions is to go there in person, (who has time for that), then when you go in for your well check, they run every lab under the sun instead of checking to see what your insurance covers, then you end up with a lab bill that you cannot afford.
