Dr. John Bausher, MD

This is a horrible disorganized office. Appt at 11 a.m., was told by staff that they were running behind and that the appointment was actually 11:55 a.m. I told them that the appointment card said 12 pm and that they had called and rearranged the appointment to 11 a.m. ( No office would call and change an appointment from 12 pm to 11 55 a.m. with a 5 min difference). Running late to say the least! Dad was retrieved by receptionist at 2:20 p.m. My Father (89 yr) had left my Mother with dementia at home for a short period of time for his Dr. appointment. 3.5 hours later he is finally in to see the Dr. This is so unacceptable, rude, unthoughtful and actually sickening. We found a new Dr. at a different office thank goodness. This office lies, is untruthful and betraying. This is so sad and frustrating.

I just about had unnecessary surgery because of Dr. Bausher. Luckily, I got a second and third opinion. Both of these other doctors said surgery was not warranted.
