I felt very threatened, degraded, and bullied at my last appointment. The result of this office visit has caused me a great deal of grief and trauma.

There was a complete lack of communication between the scheduler and the medical team, or the doctor decided at the last minute and after the prep completed, to not perform the colonoscopy based on personal preference as a detailed convo did occur regarding a 3 wk window post the last bout of diverticulitis, zero communication here, and the receptionist is so rude. If the arbitrary number of weeks is 5, then say so at scheduling, or whatever it is that day or for that doctor, before you make your patience go through the prep.

I have liver disease and would highly recommend Dr. Cannella. He has taken great care of me and is very knowledgeable. The office staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with when problems arise.

After having a scope I was prescribed medicine. The medicine caused me to have severe abdominal pain. When I went back into the office and told them this they basically said well too bad that's all we can do for you. I will not go back to them.
