We will see if it works what he did. Has so far. Very stale doctor, round about answers questions, no personality at all. I wouldn’t personally go back, but he might be the right person for someone else, just not definitely for me.

I was having ear and throat pain with hoarseness . I made an appointment and that was my first visit seeing Dr Gillen. Dr Gillen was rude and uncaring and he dx me right when he came in the door without even checking my ears nose and throat first . He never went over my history or meds with me not to mention introducing himself as I never met him. He told me to let him be the Dr because I asked him questions on a procedure he would do down the road as I was nervous about that procedure. I felt like he was uncaring and when I left the office I spoke with the nurse and receptionist and I told them I wanted a different ENT . As Dr Gilles wasn’t a good fit for me.
