Cataract surgery
The office has a large amount of patients but runs very smoothly. The staff is nice and polite. Dr. Haley is nice and answers any questions you have. He is very good at explaining what is happening. I would recommend.

Please look for another doctor
Dr. Haley is consistently late, condescending in his bedside manner, absolutely rude on all accounts, and refuses to hear his patients and their concerns.

Good doctor but very poor "bedside" manner
Dr. Haley has been my eye doctor for many, many years. I always told people that he was a very good doctor. In the past six months we have noticed quite a change in his demeanor. He used to be very helpful, patient and kind before he decided to have so many patients scheduled for appointments every 15 minutes. Now you wait and wait and he finally comes in the exam room in a rush and things are no longer getting explained. He might still be a good doctor but in the past six months or so he has transformed into that very rude, condescending and judgemental person a previous person wrote about.

Dr. Haley is very rude, condescending and judgmental. I’m not sure how he is as far as his opthamalogy work; because after the consult I would not use him for his services at all. Definitely lacking in his bedside manner.

Dr. Haley has taken care of my eyes since the 1970's. He recently did cataract surgery. I am seeing 20-20 out of the eye now. Dr. Haley is the most caring of all of my many doctors. He and his staff display expertise in every aspect of patient care. Great treatment and follow up from Dr. Haley and his staff from start to finish. Charles H. Robertson

Dr Haley attended to me on an emergency. The clinic understood the seriousness of my condition and gave me the highest priority. Dr Haley is very friendly and patiently answered our question. The staff and nurses are polite , courteous , empathetic and compassionate about their work.
