Great doctor
I have seen Dr. Jackson several times and I am very impressed with him, knowledgeable , explained everything and listened to me. I just found out he’s leaving the practice that I’ve been going to so I’ll have to follow him. He’s the best.

Rushed, indifferent.
My appointment was on time. That’s the highpoint. There was no conversation with me about what my condition was. Dr. Jackson spoke with his assistant and left me out of the conversation. I had to phone their records department to find out what condition I had. The most significant one had no notes on it. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory care.

Dr Jackson is FAR from 71 & IS taking new patients
I was looking for a new dermatologist and after reading reviews decided to try Dr Jackson. Best decision I've made in ages. He and the entire staff were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. I've a history of basal cell as well as melanoma so I'm pretty well experienced with what to expect. I was blown out of the water with the sincerety shown and felt as comfortable as anyone in a paper gown in front of strangers could feel. And when he said I was clear I felt confident in his evaluation. Very impressed!

Could not be seen front desk bulldog was hard to understand with a very thick Hispanic accent and could not explain why she would not accept our referral or our insurance. The appointment was made and the appointment setter said our insurance was accepted and the referral was approved so we left very confused? A little compassion goes a long way a few patients left upset while we were there because of front desk person. I quest we all have bad days. To bad because I hear the Doctor is pretty good.
