Feel like I'm heard
Doc Jacobs and I have been working together since 2017. He's been prompt for every appointment. Not just med management. I feel like I'm heard when discussing what's going on, as well as any medication concerns. He's very good with returning phone calls. All around professional, good natured, knowledgeable, dependable guy :)
