Dr Medlen has always taken the time to honestly explain things. He has worked with me for years allowing me to get injections in both knees while I work on other health issues prior to knee replacement surgery. He even refused to do the surgery until I was in good health. Others would have just gone ahead with it. I have come to trust Dr Medlen. I believe he really cares about his patients.

My primary care said I needed a knee replacement, . I went to Medlen. HIs staff was very courteous, and professional. The doctor himself has many years of practice and was great . He thoroughly examined my knee , looked at my MRI , and the report. And said, the small tears in you knee are very old. As in your younger years. He said, at your age if its not hurting you why would you even want surgery. Come back if anything changes , but right now you should just go home. Medlen was great

I can't believe this butcher is still operating. He ruined my husband. After surgery on my husband's left leg, it was an inch longer. Dr Medlen said that my husband was bull legged. His office conveniently lost the exrays from right before the surgery which would have proved Medlen was lying. Once you get a hatchet job, there is not much that can be done. Beware of Dr. John Medlen. Too bad we have to give him one star to complete the review.

Do not see him on a Friday afternoon. We were rushed through like cattle. He did not give me any time to ask my questions and did not listen to my answers to his questions. It was the biggest waste of a copay and I have never left a Drs. office feeling so rushed and disrespected. I am seeking a different physician.
