good doctor, retiring
Dr. Parker is a very good doctor and very nice. But I always have to wait a very long time when I have an appointment, 30-60 minutes . Unfortunately, he's retiring.

Initial evaluation
The efficiency of the whole appointment from check in to the actual visit with Dr Parker. He was straight forward in answering all my questions. Leaving with several tasks left me wishing I had written down the tasks I needed to complete.

Good Dr
When I got there they checked me in right away. I got into the room and was checked out by the assistant and then shortly after that the Dr came in and gave me the details of the surgery, the risks, result's and then we talked about scheduling the surgery.

Didn't get the diagnosis I wanted.
Doctor Parker was kind and quiet and gentle. I was hoping for a diagnosis of wax build up. It turns out I have more hearing loss in one ear. I'm not happy with it but I guess. I'll just have to live with it and get my hearing aids adjusted.

Dr. Parker is always calm, attentive and thoughtful when I visit. I feel that he listens and is willing to spend a little extra time in his busy day to carefully explain what he sees after an examination and reviewing scans.
