Understanding and helpful
Dr. Rugiano is caring and always listens to my issues. I've been to other doctors that just don't care or listen to what I say. I really appreciate Dr. Rugiano.JB

Not Good
Spent a total of 15 minutes with me, asked me very basic questions about my life (employment status, marital status, height, weight, parents alive, etc.) then declared there was nothing wrong with me since I wasn't unemployed or divorced and both my parents were still alive. Overall appointment was insulting, unprofessional and the reason I went there was left completely untouched and ignored by him. Do not recommend at all and will not be going back.

He's a nice guy for the most part, but sometimes I don't think he listens well. He put me on a medicine that was totally inappropriate for my condition, and it made me worse. He considers me high functioning, even though I struggle to make it through the day sometimes. Perhaps the time has come to retire? If you like a doctor that gets you in and out quickly, you've come to the right person. Compared to some providers in the office, he's usually on time.

He cares more about himself than the people he's supposed to help. He does not listen if it's something that makes sense he hangs up on you. He tells people to go to the hospital! That's what I thought I was seeing a psychiatrist for.

He was very unprofessional and I found him insulting. I did not feel like he listened or was interested in what I had to say.
