Showed up for appointment and Dr. Sutter refused to see me due to me having my child with me. He is a family practice doctor that's IS NOT family friendly at all. We all know it is COVID-19 times but this is a pathetic and insensitive policy. We wore masks. Skip this place if you have a child.

Knowledgeable and dedicated physician with excellent people skills. The office staff are not as friendly but it's worth the hassle just to see him.

Overall very patient, kind, took lots of time with my Mom and answered all of her questions and concerns. Put together a clear plan on how to reduce medications and had great referrals for specialized physicians. Excellent bedside manner.
