Underestimated the required surgery. Left me in severe pain for 5 weeks. Had to go to another surgeon for emergency surgery after 45 days of indescribable pain. Current doctors have concluded that Dr Winston surgery put me in a life threatening condition.

beware, office staff lied to scam me for money. Wish I can give zero stars. I asked how much a recommended procedure (just probes attached to skin and data recorded for 5min) would cost so i can schedule it while I was there. They told me just my regular $35 copay. Got a bill for $411. The staff was aware of the fact that i had not met my deductible based on the verification form THEY filled out. I scheduled a follow up app when I showed up the rude billing manager would not let me see the Dr. until I paid this balance and continued to lie and say my insurance told her i was only responsible for the copay. I was so fed up with the lies my head almost exploded.I gave her my credit card so that I could see Dr. Winston to explain to him what his office staff was doing, soon after, Dr. Winston came out of his office and told me I need to be seen elsewhere. No concern of what the issue was between me and the staff. They got their money. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

Dr. Winston was simply a disappointment. After waiting weeks to see him in hopes of finding an answer. He was condescending during my visit. He talked negatively about his patients with terminal illnesses. I was referred to him after struggling with a colon disease for some time. He never saw my records, but he actually likened himself to a plumber, and said, "if you call him he will find something wrong with you." What doctor says that? It was funny that he could not answer questions about my

Outstanding Doctor - Highest Recommendation I was referred to Dr. Winston by my Gastroenterologist to remove a portion of my colon due to recurrent diverticulitis. It was a very positive experience: Dr. Winston met with my spouse and I promptly at the appointed time. He had already received my records and clearly took the time to thoroughly familiarize himself with my case beforehand. The first thing you’ll notice is that Dr. Winston is very outgoing and friendly which in turn can put you at e

I highly recommend Dr. Winston. He explained the surgery to me, including post-op treatment. In a surgical practice where patients are often experiencing discomfort, pain, and fear, Dr. Winston and his wonderful staff treated me with kindness and respect, and this made my experience much easier than it might have been. Many thanks.

Just so you now, I am a former RN, but have never worked with Dr. Winston. That being said, as a medical professional, Dr. Winston is professional, positive and personable. His bedside manner and communication skills compliment his profession. A gentle approach and gentle hand are necessary, and he posesses both! I recommend Dr. Winston to my family and friends.

Dr. Winston is an excellent doctor. The reason for the 1 star is his office staff. Very rude and unprofessional. Advise that you do not go with this doctor.

Dr. Winston has a great personality. Warm and friendly, but he doesn't sugar coat things. He tells you the truth, so you know what to expect. He is quite flexible with scheduling, and actually wants to hear questions from his patients. His enthusiasm for his profession is very apparent. I wish he were a primary care physician so there would be a reason to continue seeing him for years to come!

His staff went above and beyond for me, answered all of my questions, filled out tons of paperwork, helped with my continued care when my health insurance company changed. Dr Winston himself explained everything in detail, and never made empty promises or sugar coated what I should expect. He literally saved my life and made a life altering experience MUCH easier than it could have been.

This doctor (and his staff) are kind, considerate, and very forthcoming. He is definitely one of the best doctors I have seen in any category. For my condition (leaking bowels). He saw me for an initial visit, scheduled some tests, reviewed the results with me and scheduled a colonoscopy (in the mean time prescribed a medicine which happened to take care of/cure my condition. On today's most recent visit he went over all the results (negative or clean colonoscopy) and future care.
