Dr Highum is a compassionate professional who listens carefully, and has extensive experience in psychiatry. I have been his patient for about ten years, and can't tell you how much he has helped me. My daughter is also a patient and is grateful for all his help.

Highly recommend Dr. Highum
I have been a patient of Dr. Highum for over 10 years. He is caring, knowledgable, and very professional. I highly recommend him for any outpatient psychiatric needs you have.

Try this again.. I was with Dr.Highum for 12 years. I moved across the country and got a little lost due to no psychiatrists in PA. I saw someone else had a major urgent issue and even though it was over 6 months he agreed to see me very soon and call about the issue promptly before the appointment. He is VERY accessible, and a solid man who not only cares for but prays for his patients!

VERY MERCUNIARY, VACATION HUNGRY DOCTOR, 2 MINUTES SHOULD BE AN ENORMOUS HELP FOR PATIENTS. THE DOCTOR IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

By fat the best most caring and understanding doctor I've had. He is even willing to answer his cell after hours in case of an emergency. Can't thank him enough for his help and compation. He Is very laid back and non judgemental. I've never felt comfortable talking about my problems before meeting him.
