A professional visit

The office staff is pleasant and welcoming. The medical staff are prompt, courteous and respectful. Dr. Copeland is very thoughtful and listens to your questions and concerns. Highly recommend this wonderful doctors office.

I am in love with our doctor office. The staff there are extremely accommodating and all sweethearts. I never like having to go to the doctor or taking my child to the doctor, but they are quick and efficient. Other doctor offices will make you wait an hour to be seen. The longest I've ever waited was about 10 minutes.

We are very fortunate to have found a wonderful, trustworthy, knowledgeable and compassionate physician in our neighborhood.

Seen on time with every step of my visit was explained beforehand.

He listened to my complaints, reviewed my medical history, made recommendations and prescribed medications to help me. Spent lots of time explaining what I should expect from the medication. Have a follow up call in 2 weeks and an office visit in 90 days.

He is a fantastic doctor who always makes you feel like the most important patient he has all day.

Listens to my concerns. Personable. I feel heard and seen with Dr Copeland.

Dr. Copeland goes above and beyond to make sure my care is comprehensive and fits me. I feel so lucky to have him as my physician.

I hadn’t been to a doctor, other than urgent care, in over 20 years. Dr. Copeland checked me out from head to toe and spent time explaining every procedure and result. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in his office. The staff is over the top friendly. If you are looking for a GP - look no further.

I recently fractured my shoulder and had a stainless steel plate and screws inserted as the fix. The surgeons PA prescribed painkillers which worked but didn't help with the sleepless nights. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Copeland and Danielle digging deep to solve my problem. For 2 weeks I was averaging 3-4 hours a night. Together they decided on a fix that has gotten me to 5 hours a night. I am starting to feel like a human again. Kudos to all the folks who have helped me at Dr. Copelands practice. They are top drawer. Sincerely, Mike Walters

I visited Dr. Copeland's Bloomfield Hills office earlier today and was pleasantly surprised. I was a new patient and so some paperwork obviously needed to be completed, the nice thing is the form was electronic, so I filled it out on my cellphone days prior and was glad that there wasn't more for me to fill out by hand. I thoroughly enjoyed that process, it was much quicker and easier and no one had to squint to try and read my chicken scratch handwriting. ALL of the staff were awesome. Often times in a doctor's office I feel like the receptionists can be a little cold and seemingly bothered, but not at Prism, the receptionist was a peach. I look forward to going back and building a better relationship with Dr. Copeland and his team. Great job and thank you!

After years of being ignored by my doctors, I was reccommended by a friend to meet Dr. Copeland. I thank God for him! He is caring and concerned and takes the time to listen and does not dismiss my claims as "stress" but really listens! His staff are all kind and friendly and I feel safe when I am there.

Dr Copeland is friendly, approachable, and demonstrates a real motivation to improve the health and safety of my family. He's created an incredible holistic environment where I don't have to run to 5 specialists and he has a pharmacist, nutritionist, and counselor right on site. He is able to treat me like a whole person and not a singular condition. He's done more for my diabetic control than any other endocrinologist. He stays up to date on evidence based practice, technology, and his staff is incredibly compassionate. I can't say enough about all the good things in this practice!!! Adding telemedicine, online scheduling, direct patient to provider messaging has been an incredible help to me.

No nonsense testing, he asks you what is going on since you know your body best and then goes from there. Great staff. Don't mind making the drive from Rochester. When you find a good one, keep him.

The Bloomfield office and staff is great. Dr. Copeland is not at the Rochester office. Practical treatment doctor!
