Excellent, intelligent, outstanding communicator!
Dr. Spivack has been treating my migraine for years. We recently discovered some troubling results from an MRI. He has been wonderful ordering follow-up tests and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything. This physician is excellent and a gifted neurologist. I highly recommend him. Outstanding doctor!

It's the visit that NEVER happened! After waiting 2 1/2 months for the appointment, the morning of, 5 hours before they called and cancelled. I explained that my husband had taken a fall and they could not reschedule for another 2 months, December 8th. Nor could he be seen by another doctor. They said go to emergency which is another hospital and doctor bill. We only have medicare and are not rich. No explanation other than the Dr. Spivack is out of the office today. This is NOT GOOD MEDICAL CARE! No compassion, empathy or help in getting my husband help with his MS condition. He needed to be seen of course so we did go to the emergency room for help. Results - they prescribed pain meds and said follow up with your doctor which will not be one in the Renown Medical Group. How do we get good help? There are no Neurologists in Carson City Nevada that take Medicare. I guess you just get old and die in pain.

He was my neurologist, he prescribed medication that had side effects on liver function. He never did a blood test, I had to be admitted to the hospital as my liver was failing. Later I had an incident where I was asked to call this doctor he never called me. He does not spend time with patients, at least with me. In short, he is not concerned about his patients
