Beyond the Sleep Study, They've Got Nothing
Over the past 17 years, I have been grappling with chronic insomnia that has resisted diagnosis by a plethora of physicians. It is a weary journey where I've often encountered a sea of indifferent medical professionals, with Dr. Warren distinguishing himself as one of the most indifferent among them. Upon the retirement of my longstanding primary care physician, I found myself referred to Dr. Warren. It was she who had been instrumental in managing my symptoms to some extent. In the case of Dr. Warren's office, it is not merely his clinical indifference that stands out. There is also an astounding lack of basic customer service. Phone calls go unanswered, and messages left in their voicemail system seem to vanish into a black hole. If, like me, you suffer from sleep-related issues, please consider other, more caring and attentive professionals for your medical care. The fight against insomnia is tough enough without having to navigate the additional hurdles of indifference.

ZERO stars
I wonder if they ever got rid of that stupid answering machine and painfully slow, kindergarten-like message. Totally deceived me into taking a second sleep test. What a joke. When I read the report, his test order was the opposite of what should have been ordered--what we discussed.

More interested in selling products than treating patient sleep issues. Sold me a lot of stuff. Nothing helped. After spending way too much money he said there was nothing else he could do for me which contradicted what we had discussed prior. Run to do not walk from this doctor!

No!!! Been a patient for few yrs. My multiple health problems increased my weight gain (from medication side effects.) Due to meds taken to stay alive, he said he couldn't help me unless I lost weight. He wanted to call my specialist (and did) to see if it was possible to lower my dose of medication that he knew nothing about. Last straw that broke the camels back. Unprofessional.

Not a happy patient – Aug 28, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Warren?
On first visit, mistakenly thought I was a returning patient (Unprepared). Took a call from a car dealership in the middle of my first consult (Unprofessional). Has a very narrow focus. Does not treat overall sleep issues. Strange, quirky personality that does not allow him to relate well with the patient. Ranted at length about insurance companies on first visit. Strikes me as being in this profession purely for the money. In a nutshell, avoid this guy.

Does not listen, would not answer questions about alternative therapies for sleep apnea, I had a lower pulse ox which was not addressed. Gave me something to help sleep which it did not. Told me over the phone he could not help me.
