Greatest Man, Father and friend was my Doctor since 2014 and i will miss him very much, highly doubt find another as gifted, expanicessed as he is.

Dr.depaz has been my doctor for 3 years -he always listened and treated me with respect-so sorry he's leaving you just lost the best doctor ever -wish you the best dr.depaz -sincerely Edward..

Pay attention when you are talking to him. Make sure that he answered all your questions before you leave his office.

My doctor retired so, I needed to find a new doctor. I looked around and found Dr Jordan De Paz. I asked a lot of questions. At first I got answers. Now my appointments are rushed and questions aren’t answered. I have to call a service to get an appointment. The service then transfers to another person, (not the actual Doctor’s office). Then I tell them if I need an appointment or message for the doctor. Then they put answers to questions online on their app. My questions aren’t answered in a way I can understand or are vague. I told them I don’t like using an app and exchanging messages on an app and wait for an answer at a later time and sometimes date. When I call for an appointment? I go thru the transfers, then put on hold. To the point that I end up hanging up. Lately, I can’t get an appointment for a week later. I finally went to emergency to get medical help because the appointment is so far away.

Dr Depaz is a very nice Dr that listens and he explains everything great. Very helpful at answering your questions.

Having moved to Modesto a few years back I had to find a doctor and was referred to Dr De Paz by a family friend. It’s been wonderful to have found this doctor and the staff are equally the best.

Provider and staff are quick to respond and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr. DePaz for years and he has taken my healthcare needs seriously.

I love FCPP! I love my doctor, Dr. DePaz! I love the staff! Can you tell I love them all? Lol! Dr. DePaz has been my PCP for over nine years now and I’ve never been let down by him. He’s attentive, compassionate, friendly, explains everything he’s doing, and answers all of my questions. He genuinely cares about my health. He also talks about every day things besides the medical issues. He apologizes if he Thinks he kept me waiting (that’s only happened once and it was only about 15 minutes). I didn’t get apologizes in the past. At one time, I thought I had COVID and it was a weekend. I called the exchange and while we were talking, Dr. DePaz patched through and advised me about what to do. Thank God, I was negative. I would have gone the entire week panicking had he not taken the time on his day off to tend to my concerns. Anyway, I cannot rave enough about Dr. DePaz and the staff. I am so grateful for him and his staff!

This Dr said more words to me in first visit then my old dr said in 6 yrs. Look forward to Getting my health back in order.

Doctor was in a hurry and didn’t address none of my concerns. When I started explaining my concerns he simply said I don’t have time for concerns only questions

Great first visit. I was called back quickly. Doctor addressed my concerns and was not in a hurry.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Office staff was professional and friendly. Dr DePaz is a great listener and helped me with several requests. Not only is he intelligent, he is very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience for me…. And I am very thankful!
