They got me in right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr Kuppinger was very attentive. He listened and discussed options with me. He explained everything clearly and the procedure was quick!

Such a beautiful smile and sweet spirit very nurturing and tender to all your needs. She warms my heart every time I am here. To save the best for last I highly recommend Dr. Kuppinger for your Orthopedic needs. Excellent doctor beside manners, Patient friendly, very compassionate after he sticks you with a needle and spot on with all of your patient care needs. Dr. Kuppinger is an amazing and caring doctor. He is an outlier in today’s world of insurance run financially motivated sociopaths. (Ex wife is a physician) bias aside I have never had a more amazo g experience at a practice or with a doctor as I did at Coastal Health Group and with Dr. Kuppinger. I wish he could be my primary doctor because I whole heartedly trust him. In a time where surgery and cut is the first suggestion CHG (coastal health group) cares about what is best for the patient. I had a procedure and I am very bad with needles. My phobia is horrendous and I actually felt bad for Dr. kuppinger and his assistant as they had to deal with my whining. I have had 4 cadaver donor surgeries, two reconstructions, Two bone grafts, and a myriad of other procedures.... I have never in all my life seen a more empathetic and caring doctor. He brings peace, comfort and confidence to his patience whom he makes feel like family. Everybody at Coastal Health Group is top notch!

Very nice staff. He was knowledgeable and gave me pain relief after a really long time of suffering from hip pain. An injection of cortisone in the right place did the trick. Went to many other doctors and he was the only one that didn’t say OPERATE! Great bedside manner

I was extremely nervous before my surgery . I literally had tears coming down my face and he was so nice. He explained everything to me and said it was "safer than my car ride to the hospital ". He asked if I wanted something to take the edge off and I said yes. That was all I remember and I woke up and it wasn't over . I highly recommend him . He has excellent bedside manner which is important when you are in a vulnerable state.

He called me before my surgery to see if I had any questions and he actually spent time with me answering all of my questions when I was at the hospital too. Extremely knowledgable. He was quick and efficient and when I woke up I didn't have any nausea whatsoever. He even called after surgery to make sure that my pain was under control. He's taken care of professional athletes in Vail at the Stedman Clinic and I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. Excellent care.
