What a joke. He is bought and paid for and shouldn't have a medical license. I will be fighting to make sure he no longer holds one and cannot harm others as he did me.

Dr. Jose Carlos Cebrian is everything a doctor shouldn’t be. If my experience is reflective of Dr. Cebrian’s general approach, in addition to being unprofessional, in my humble opinion, Dr. Jose Carlos Cebrian makes life-altering and dangerous medical decisions without properly investigating or understanding the situation and does so in a manner which shows a callous and reckless disregard for the health and welfare of patients. Dr. Jose Carlos Cebrian’s arrogance allows him to opine on matters he is not qualified to address. In my situation, Dr. Jose Carlos Cebrian not only didn’t forthrightly answer questions about his experience despite having been directly questioned on his experience treating patients with my condition, even worse, Dr. Cebrian didn’t appear to understand the various procedures, medications, or treatments involved in my care. It appears Dr. Cebrian is willing to claim he is qualified to assess almost anything he gets paid $600 per hour to evaluate. Stay away.
