Dr Bradley had first diagnosed me during covid . He immediately knew what I was experiencing through a zoom call. His follow up in person appointment was incredibly thorough . I just saw him again and he was just as kind and professional as I had remembered. I would recommend him to anyone needing an incredible doctor .

Would not call me back.
I took my 3 year old daughter to see Dr. Bradly one time because her pediatrician suggested it due to delayed speech and frequent ear infections. He was pleasant enough and seemed to be interested in helping. However, once the pediatrician said my daughter needed tubes I had to call Dr. Bradley’s office multiple times before I got a call back. Once they finally called back (I was at work and could not answer) the lady left a voicemail. I called them back multiple times again after that and never reciprocated another return phone call. The next time I took my daughter to the pediatrician I asked if I should take her to a different ENT because I was unable to get call backs other than the one time. The pediatrician said when she was talking to Dr. Bradley he seemed snarky and said he has not ever seen fluid on my daughters ears. I’ll remind you he had only seen her ONE TIME. She has documented 5 ear infections in 6MONTHS! My daughter is now 4 and it is taking 3 months to see a new ENT.

Dr.Bradley is a very through, caring and reassuring. He explains everything you have questions about. I was intubated 3 times in 3 months and developed tracheal stenosis. I was unable to speak or breath through mouth or nose for 3 months until I made it to Barnes-Jewish where Dr.bradley took over my care. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate his care and bedside manner is outstanding. I would highly recommend him for anyone having similar problems.

I have been under Dr Bradley’s care for about 6 months to treat airway scarring. I have received Kenalog injections. Dr Bradley and his staff are very thorough and professional. Dr Bradley explains the procedures in detail so you know what to expect. Mary K

Dr. Bradley did a fantastic job taking care of my husband, who is now able to talk and get back to a normal life. He is an excellent surgeon and very personable and positive doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.
