Poor excuse of a doctor
What a poor excuse of a doctor. My mom has recurrent UTI due to her dementia. We came to his office, trying to figure out a solution. NOT only he didn’t provide us with any solution, he just simply doesn’t care whether she lives or dies. That’s just sad. Isn’t doctors supposed to save lives? What a waste of time.

Poor excuse of a doctor. Dismissive, rude.
Family member visited this person for a chronic issue that has been debilitating. Dr. Chang seemed to immediately come to the conclusion that he was not worth his time. I assume due to his incompetence, laziness and dismissive approach to patient care, instead of listening and offering potential solutions, he asked him why he had had a procedure (cancer surgery) and was extremely rude. He has no business being in a profession that entails helping others. Steer clear. Hard to get public info on Kaiser doctors so I’m doing a public service by writing this.
