A wonderfully skilled and sensitive physician.
Initially treated a badly injured finger and later performed a full knee replacement. He listened to me, explained my condition and options. Both experiences were positive and I could not have expected better care.

Dr Hurst is a great Joint Replacement Surgeon
I had to have 3 total joint replacements. Total Shoulder, total knee and soon total hip arthoplasty surgery's . I had Dr. Hurst perform all three. Dr. Hurst is talented and professional, you can place your trust in him for your care.

Dr. Hurst is a great and Highly recommend
Very professional and courteous. Listen and asked questions. Told me I was a candidate for knee replacement. Let him know when I was ready. I really liked that. My choice! My visit was nice and not stressful.

The most compassionate doctor!
Dr. Hurst always listens and then discusses ways to make a solution. He is an excellent surgeon and the best with medical care. But maybe more important than his skill is his kindness. Excellent office management as well!

I feel more confident in Dr. Hurst every time I see him. I have had various feelings about my appointments as they go on, and my opinion and confidence is and has been affected by my pain level and the mobility I have each time. He has as become more trustworthy as each appointment goes on further into my health issues.

I think he is by far a fantastic surgeon
I would highly recommend him for a hip replacement. My 2nd one but this was done by Dr. Hurst. My 1st was 10 years ago in Athens Georgia. Excellent surgeon and fantastic beside manner. 2nd successful surgery.

Visit to Watauga Ortho
I went in regarding a knee injury. Dr. Hurst was kind, and knowledgeable. He requested Xrays and then came in to speak to me. He examined my knee and believes I have a torn meniscus. He treated me with a steroid shot and requested I get an Mri and do physical therapy. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Hurst. I highly recommend their office.
