Double-scheduling two patients at the same time, which results into unpleasantly long waiting time. Not willing to try and figure out your problem, but rather prescribing pills and saying, if they don’t help, come again and I’ll think about it, which is another charge to insurance company and my credit card.

I was recommended to Dr. Layug by THREE different people, so I knew he had to be a great referral. Met with him today and all I can say is, WOW. He is knowledgeable, explains things perfectly, understands how to navigate insurance, and has the best bedside manner of any doctor that I've ever met in my life. You will leave with complete confidence in his ability. I know why my friends each raved about him. I was able to get an X-ray on site and a referral for an MRI. The staff was excellent as well - warm, welcoming and efficient.

I had a bilateral knee replacement by Dr. Layug seven years ago and I can’t tell you how impressed I was by his skill and care. I remember the physical therapist being surprised with my mobility immediately following surgery and saying, « Dr. Layug’s patients are always able to do more. ». Seven years later I remain problem free and extremely grateful for my mobility. I went from painfully hobbling on a cane to pain-free. Most days I don’t even remember I had my knees replaced. Thanks Dr. L!

Had a partial knee replacement by Dr. Layug and 3 weeks later I am doing fantastic! Out of pain and walking up and down stairs. He is absolutely wonderful.

Dr. Layug is not only an excellent doctor, he is caring and friendly. He provides excellent advice on preparation for surgery as well as information following surgery. I highly recommend him.
