Bad experience
Receptionist accused me of abusing my drugs in a roundabout way on the phone and they put bad remarks on my patient records. I was in a lot of pain and had forgotten about one prescription I received. I found it in my cupboard and apologized for being upset about the doctor not wanting to give me another script. I was never rude nor used any cuss words yet, I received a letter saying the doctor was not going to treat me. I think the receptionist is the first face of the doctor. And right now, he is not looking very good. I would suggest if you are in pain to find a different office.

My daughter-in-law had a visit at the Sports Medicine clinic this morning. She had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with this guy! He told her to remove her plaster cast herself. He became irritated when she said she would need scissors. This arrogant young fella is very lucky my husband was with her and not me. We would have had an unpleasant interaction. I would highly recommend NOT seeing him, if you prefer a pleasant physician with an ounce of empathy for your injury due to a fall, when you have a newborn baby and 2 year old to take care of. Find yourself a physician with a shred of care for his patients. I really wish I would have been at this appointment. I’ve been a nurse for 25 years and if I worked with a physician with such arrogance and horrible bedside manner, I would undoubtedly let them know about it!! If I could give zero starts that’s what I’d leave, but You have to leave 1-5.
