Sincere, Thorough and Kind
Once finally seen and and treated in the ER, Dr. Feinstein went over my condition and prognosis. He took his time, actually listened to what I had to say, and answered my questions. He did not rush me, was kind and compassionate in his demeanor, which helped a lot.

I was seen by Dr. Feinstein in March of 2017. He correctly diagnosed me with congestive heart failure when my cardiologist had missed it. He was very thorough and was very reassuring. He explained everything very well. Then, in October of 2017 he treated my sister-in-law in the ER and diagnosed what her problem was very quickly. She had been to two other doctors who dismissed her. Dr. Feinstein got her on the road to recovery. I highly recommend him.

This man should not be practicing medicine, especially in an emergency room. I came into the ER at Memorial Hermann Memorial City by ambulance. I could not walk nor care for myself in any way. All of my doctors were at this hospital which is why I was brought there. He dismissed me and put me out of the hospital knowing that I could not enter or exit a vehicle or get into my home. My husband had to take me to another hospital where I was admitted for three days.

This guy is a joke!!! He sent me home with a life threatening infection in my face neck ear jaw gums and working its way to my brain!!!! He told me that i just had a headache that my left side was sore bc the muscles were sore from the headache, and that after i went home and slept i would be fine. I asked him why my jaw, face, and side of my head had swollen earlier that day he said there was no way i had any swelling. The next day i found out about the infection thank god or i would be dead!!!
